"I cannot say enough great things about this gym. It is a very welcoming place as soon as you walk through the front door. All of the trainers and members are very friendly. It is a great environment to work out in and everyone makes you feel welcome. The fact that they have childcare is also a huge plus and my kiddo loves it."

"I have been coming to this gym for 10 months and absolutely love it! The gym is ALWAYS CLEAN, sanitized and the entire staff shows pride in the facility. Machines are well kept and in good working order. I love having access to the gym 24/7!!!
The entire staff is supportive and always willing to answer any questions you might have. My trainer Kristine is absolutely PHENOMENAL!! Her support as my coach in preparing me for my first figure competition was top notch, and she PRODUCED RESULTS!!!."

"I love this gym. I had started with IFF and then did go to another gym. While the other gym was ok - it did not have the care and family feel that IFF does have. All the trainers know you by name and care for you to ensure you are lifting correctly, do the exercise correctly and push you to be your best. Weight and inches I am loosing, but my confidence and strenght I am gaining."

"I came to IFF through a For the Love of Fitness Challenge. I am not a fan of the gym. This Challenge was so great to help me become comfortable with gym environment and how it works. The coaches were awesome at showing movements and proper use of equipment. There was a lot os team work which created a great and fun environment. I would highly recommend this great group of coaches. I decided to stay foe another 12 weeks!!!"

"Amazing gym and trainers! The gym is always clean, well-equipped, and has a great vibe. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about your progress.
