Built in 28 Days is a 4-week fitness and accountability challenge built around a 5K finish line. Every workout, weigh-in, and rep you put in builds toward crossing that finish line on May 16th — and becoming a different athlete than when you started.

Train
Strength, HIIT, and conditioning classes Monday through Friday at 5:30am, 9am & 6pm. Saturday events including a Dress-Up WOD, Group Run, and 5K Race Day.

Track
InBody scans, weekly weigh-ins, daily nutrition logging, and a Challenge Card with 36 tasks that earn you points toward the leaderboard.

Transform
Team accountability, coached nutrition, a points-based competition, and a 5K finish line that proves what 28 days of consistency can build.

Competition 1
The Main Challenge
A full-spectrum points competition spanning training, nutrition, accountability, and body composition. Every class, weigh-in, and challenge card task earns points.
  • M–F classes: Strength, HIIT, Conditioning 5:30am, 9am, & 6pm
  • Weekly weigh-ins + points per lb lost
  • 28 Challenge Card tasks
  • Saturday WODs with team + individual prizes
  • Final InBody scan — muscle gained & body fat lost
  • 25 bonus points for finishing the 5K

Race to the Finish Line
A separate miles competition open to ALL Iron Forged members — including open gym members not enrolled in the main challenge. Log indoor & outdoor runs on Nike Run Club App and stack miles over 28 days.
