Why train the Iron Way?

IRON WAY TRAINING is Iron Forged Fitness’s signature Team Training session. Combining metabolic, strength, cardio, and interval training, our classic IRON WAY TRAINING session is 45 minutes of periodized (not random) training designed by our NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS). The focus is to optimize fat burning, build cardiovascular endurance, increase local muscular stamina, and raise your metabolism in the safest and most effective manner. Using the following training implements (but not limited to): plyometrics, light lifting, circuits, sprints, kettlebells, rowers, battle ropes, and more. These training sessions are designed to challenge everyone from the novice gym goer to the advanced.

Our IRON WAY TRAINING sessions are programmed in conjunction with our Metabolic Conditioning (METCON) sessions, for the most beneficial results. The METCON classes will focus more on cardiovascular stamina, allowing a rest day from strength training.

Our Advanced Strength & Conditioning Class is specifically designed for moderate to advanced individuals that have experience with weights and are willing to train hard. ADVANCED STRENGTH & CONDITIONING is a full serviced training platform that focuses on strength, power, speed, agility, conditioning, flexibility, with injury prevention. We do not do what is popular or what the current fad is in fitness. Rather, we embrace science and results based training that will deliver results.
